Miss. Anupama Raj had accured postgraduation in Msc. Marine Biology from Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS). She had given her undivided attention and scrutiny to plants from early years and made her to opt Bsc. Botany for graduation in Sree Sankara College while others criticized her for an ambit carrier. In the course of her dissertation work in Centre for Marine Living Resources and Ecology, she had obtained an opportunity to lend a hand in a scientific cruise No. 379 of FORV Sagar Sampada which was dedicated on the studies on Marine Ecosysytem Dynamics Of Eastern Arabian Sea in 2018 and had covered 2340 nautical miles in the voyage along the Eastern Arabian Sea also actively involved in onboard sampling and analysis. More than 2 years she devoted to background study of the project (Regenerative Farming in scale down spaces) with 200 plus peer reviews on the regarding subject and determined to imply it on the production of sizeable number of crops without compromising the savour and ample amount of nutrients in harmony with nature and she had found her triumph on it.

Mr. Jeevan Paul belongs to a conventional family of farmers. Besides being a fifth generational descendant of this ancestral lineage, he is next in line of PPJ Group of Companies. The company works in a broad spectrum of fields such as construction, IT, Robotics, Mass Communication, Tech farming, etc, as well as the business had extended to Sri Lanka and USA. He is striving to entice youngsters to farming by embracing the age old facts with a new wave.

The chairman of PPJ Group of companies (www.ppjgroup.in) and had been established a plethora of business verticals such as Construction, Real estate, IT, Robotics, Mass communication, Tech farming. In addition he had extended his business to USA and Sri Lanka, also with his ascendancy these ventures had prevailed over the period. Even though he have been successful in his career, he was always haunted by the wreckages of agriculture due to industrialization, at the same time he cherished his roots, where he had an opulent life in the arms of farmers nonetheless, those were ironically deprived into thin air. Hence for the past 14 years he have been scrutinizing various aspects of agriculture and realized the purpose of his life that is “for the soil, for the people and ultimately the planet” and lay the foundation of “Ikigaiindia Foundation”. Regarding to his studies he had met thousands of conventional farmers of India besides the agricultural scientists from Israel and USA, he also witnessed the hardships of farmers with acute diseases as an aftermath of the usage of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides in the agriculture fields.
